Whoo hoo! I just got word that CALIFORNIA DEMON is a finalist for RWA's RITA award! (For those not in the know, that's sort of like the Oscar for women's fiction. If you win, you get a little gold statue and everything. And the award ceremony is reason to buy a fab new dress; what could be better?)
